JCW is partnering with an established regional bank based out of the DMV that is looking to add a Loan Servicing & Operations Manager. This bank is rapidly growing, with an aim to double their assets within a couple years. If you're an established leader with team lead experience in the DMV that's looking for a firm that offers strong compensation and work/life benefits, this could be a great role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams across loan servicing and operations to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Drive operational transformation and implement innovative solutions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to advance strategic goals and improve customer experience
- Manage department planning, budgeting, and performance to achieve desired outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years in commercial and consumer loan servicing, with emphasis on commercial operations
- 7+ years of leadership experience driving change and cross-functional collaboration
- Deep knowledge of credit, banking, loan operations, documentation, and risk management
- Expertise in commercial, construction, real estate, and consumer loan products
