Ready to blend treasury expertise with strategic financial modeling for a high-growth leader in food ingredients? KBW is seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Assistant Treasurer South of Boston, in a flexible hybrid role. The role will manage liquidity, covenant compliance, and capital structure models.
Salary : $150,000$170,000 (DOE) + 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Location : Hybrid role based in the Canton area
What Youll Do

• Develop cash flow and capital structure models to forecast liquidity and assess covenant compliance.
• Manage compliance for a significant revolving credit facility, including financial ratios and lender reporting.
• Partner with FP&A and tax teams to align financing strategies with long-term plans and acquisitions.
• Supervise and mentor a Treasury Analyst, serving as backup for daily cash operations.
• Optimize banking relationships, monitor fees, and manage counterparty exposures.
• Deliver monthly balance sheet, liquidity, and covenant reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, annual audits, and bank syndicate reviews.
• Contribute to strategies for managing interest rate and foreign exchange exposures.

• Experience:
• Treasury Professional: 5+ years in corporate treasury, FP&A or banking, with expertise in cash management, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI; ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of balance sheet mechanics, liquidity, leverage, and covenants.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage leadership and lenders.
• Mindset: Hands-on, intellectually curious, and thrives in a strategic, fast-paced environment.
