This is a night shift position from 7 PM to 7 AM, offering the opportunity to manage the care of acute adult inpatients in an intensive care setting. The ideal candidate must possess 2+ years of ICU experience and be equipped with essential certifications. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients within the ICU.- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions.- Float to Intermediate Care (IMC) units as required to ensure patient needs are met.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR), specifically MedHost. Qualifications: - Active RN license in the state of practice.- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - Shift: Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM- Duration: 13 weeks- Guaranteed hours offered.- Scrub color: Any solid color.- Requires flexibility in scheduling; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.- Max RTO (requested time off) of 1 week, which will be added to the end of the contract.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
