People of all faiths helping people in need.Refugee Resettlement assists in helping create a home-away-from-home, we assist government-approved refugees in becoming self-sufficient through cultural orientation, job development, family reunification and resettlement.The Supervisor, Quality Control is responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery across the Refugee Resettlement programs. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining quality control measures, coordinating compliance and accreditation efforts, and producing timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.What you DeliverEnsure compliance of the Refugee Resettlement Program with all relevant guidelines and contractual obligations.Oversee client file documentation across programs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with federal and agency standards.Regularly review and update all program forms to reflect current guidelines and compliance requirements.Conduct periodic reviews of program files and ensure alignment with Program and Agency Standards.Create and update training materials across all programs. Train new hires according to program-specific guidelines and expectations.Lead staff retraining on updated policies, procedures, and program guidelines. Serve as a key resource and point of contact for program staff and clients on quality-related matters.Meet, assist, and coordinate volunteers and provide orientation as needed.Identify areas for improvement by studying current practices and implementing system enhancements.Conduct continuous MG 120-day self-sufficiency evaluations and deliver MG Exit Orientation sessions to clients completing the program.Collect monthly data from all Refugee Resettlement programs to compile the Performance Indicator Report (PIR). Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of quarterly reports to funders and internal stakeholders. Complete and review incident reports as required.Oversee the program's accreditation and funder process and maintain ongoing compliance with accreditation and funderstandards.Collaborate with Refugee Management Solution (RMS) staff to update program data and forms, and participate in monthly RMS meetings.Liaise with USCCB's Field Support Coordinator, fulfilling assigned tasks and sharing updates.Attend monthly meetings and Client Services Committee meetings to represent and report on Refugee Resettlement activities.Collaborate on grant writing efforts to renew and expand services.Maintain partnerships with external stakeholders such as BEI and Houston Public Library, and support the establishment of ESL classes. Request ESL volunteers and support volunteer-led instruction as needed.Maintain regular communication with the Agency's Compliance Department, attending meetings and supporting case file reviews and documentation reviews. Meet monthly with the Agency Compliance Department to ensure all Refugee Resettlement files meet agency standards.Train Quality Control Specialists and program staff on agency standards, ensuring consistent application across programs.Oversee Incident tickets for the Refugee Resettlement Program, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and documentation.Collaborate with the Agency Compliance Department to ensure agency standards are consistently met across all refugee programs.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.QualificationsTheExpertiseWe're Looking ForAssociates degree in social work, public administration, data analytics, or a related fieldTwo (2) years of experience in a social service setting or similar settingOne (1) year of experience in a leadership roleValid Texas Driver's LicenseTheSkills and AssetsYou Bring, and MoreStrong knowledge of federal, state, and agency guidelines for refugee resettlement programs.Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and monitor compliance metrics.Proficiency in case management databases and reporting systems (e.g., RMS, Navex, or similar platforms).Skilled in policy and procedure development, training, and implementation.Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and supervise staff effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with staff, clients, and external partners.Strong collaboration skills to build relationships with internal departments, consortiums, and community partners.Ability to navigate complex cultural and language barriers with sensitivity and respect.Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and cultural humility.Flexibility to attend consortium meetings, external trainings, and occasional evening/weekend events.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Multilingual skills (especially in refugee/immigrant languages) strongly preferred but not required.Catholic Charities is an equal opportunity employer.
