A pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Planner to help establish and standardize preventive maintenance and reliability planning processes. This role is ideal for candidates with strong planning experience in regulated environments and a hands-on, behavior-driven approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner:Collaborate with internal teams and leverage external resources to build preventive maintenance (PM) processes.Adapt successful practices from other sites to fit local systems and infrastructure.Transition from ad hoc planning (e.g., whiteboard tracking) to structured, system-driven workflows.Clean and update PM data within Maximo CMMS.Ensure PMs include spare parts lists and relevant documentation.Create and manage work orders aligned with PMs and planning tools.Develop SOPs for maintenance activities, shift handovers, and post-intervention testing.Establish clear ownership, prioritization, and timelines for PM tasks.Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and engineers to drive process adoption.Act as a change agent to influence behaviors and promote accountability.Support syringe line optimization and help scale reliability practices across additional lines and shifts.Qualifications of the Maintenance Planner:Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning within pharmaceutical or aseptic environments (non-negotiable).Strong initiative and soft skills; must be proactive and behavior-driven.Familiarity with grade C cleanrooms, VHP processing, SIP cycles, and isolator filling is highly desirable.Experience in 24/7 operations preferred.Ability to work independently within a newly forming reliability team.Comfortable adapting solutions to evolving infrastructure and low process maturity.Compensation of the Maintenance Planner:Pay range: $55-$65/hrBenefits: Cigna Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, and sick leave as required by lawApplications are now being accepted as of 8/19.If you're ready to help build and scale reliability processes in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment, apply today!Keywords:Maintenance Planner, Reliability Engineering, CMMS, Maximo, Preventive Maintenance, SOP Development, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Aseptic Processing, VHP, SIP, Cleanroom, Isolator Filling, Holly Springs Jobs, Pharma Jobs, Engineering Contract, Process Optimization, Shift Operations#LI-KI1 #LI-ONSITE
