Base pay range

$94,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

FINANCE MANAGER
Location: 3001 Broadway Street NE, Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN 55413
(Hybrid Role, 3 days per week onsite)
Job Purpose
Provide strategic and value-maximizing insights, analysis, and decision support for the Supply Chain Finance function.
Essential Functions

• Lead the finance support for indirect procurement and inventory
• Develop new analysis and reporting; update/extend existing analysis and reporting for forecasting, trending, and what-if analysis
• Prepare high-quality regular and ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for executive business reviews
• Maintain an understanding of the business behind the reports to provide insightful commentary and identify areas needing additional focus
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
• Lead reviews with stakeholders, such as inventory reviews and materials purchase price variance (PPV) reviews
• Calculate and prepare journal entries for materials and inventory items including inventory reserve
• Assist the Supply Chain Finance team in its other responsibilities
• Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA/CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
• Manufacturing experience; supply chain and inventory experience strongly preferred; experience working with procurement/sourcing organizations useful
• 5+ years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience; costing and PPV experience preferred
• ERP system experience; SAP experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles; audit experience useful
• Superior computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access/business warehouse/or relational database)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter and leader with ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proactive and creative thinker with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Analytical problem solver with ability to recommend and communicate solutions
• Demonstrated ability to execute assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through complexity and ambiguity

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $94,000 to $140,000 annually. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
