One of the Top 10 PE funds in the world is looking to hire a Fund Finance work in their NYC office. The firm is known for their rapid growth and great culture with low turnover. This role will report into the Director. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing credit facilities for private credit or ABS from the sell side or buy side. They would also look at a ABS/CLO middle office person with some reporting experience

Job Description:

Our client, a leading investment firm focused on private credit and structured finance, is looking to hire a junior-to-mid-level professional to join its Fund Finance team. This person will play an integral role in supporting the oversight and administration of the firms credit facilities and liquidity resources, while collaborating closely with internal investment and finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing management of fund-level credit facilities (including subscription lines and asset-backed loans), with responsibilities spanning borrowing base calculations, stress testing, and lender reporting
• Assist in firm-wide liquidity oversightmonitor cash availability, forecast capital needs, and ensure alignment with fund commitments and investment pacing
• Help maintain and enhance the firms internal data systems to streamline reporting and deliver insights to portfolio managers and senior leadership
• Coordinate with leverage providers on asset-level updates and facilitate regular due diligence reviews
• Partner with the investment team to track pipeline activity, review existing portfolio performance, and evaluate developments that may impact exposures or facility compliance
• Contribute to investment allocation decisions by considering exposure limits, sector diversification, fund availability, and leverage optimization
• Monitor terms, covenants, and economics across credit agreements, ensuring that obligations are tracked and adhered to; assist with onboarding and amending facilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 13 years of relevant experience in private credit, structured products, ABS, or a buy-side investment operations or capital markets function
• Familiarity with credit facility structures and documentation, including subscription lines and asset-backed facilities
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex financial data and legal terms
• Highly organized with strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
• Advanced Excel skills; prior experience with internal databases, reporting tools, or portfolio systems a plus
• Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative approach

Compensation is a mix of base and bonus with up to 130k base and 30-40k bonus
