Job DescriptionPlant Manager - Vitamin E, Decatur, ILThis is an exempt level position The plant manager will be responsible for daily oversight as well as long term vision of operational strategies associated with safety, quality assurance, environmental compliance, production, yield, cost management, capital disciplines and colleague development. This facility has a workforce compromised of about 50 hourly and 15 salaried employees.
