Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
This organization is a rapidly growing telecommunications company with over 100 employees nationwide, currently operating in Utah, Idaho, Washington, Nevada, California, Arizona, Texas, and Colorado, with expansion into additional states underway. The HR Manager will oversee human resources functions across all U.S. operations, ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and driving HR initiatives that align with the companys growth and M&A strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions across multiple states, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Oversee payroll processing nationwide, ensuring accuracy and timeliness using systems such as ADP and Gusto.
- Support compensation planning, pay structure development, and bonus program design.
- Conduct compliance audits, update policies, and ensure alignment with federal and state labor laws.
- Partner with leadership to support employee learning, training, and development initiatives.
- Provide HR support during M&A processes, including due diligence and employee integration.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and manage HRIS systems, optimizing employee data management and reporting.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding to ensure compliance and cultural alignment.
- Support performance management processes by providing tools and assisting leadership in evaluations.
- Track and report HR metrics, including turnover, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- 35+ years of HR management or related HR experience.
- Certified HR professional (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across U.S. states.
- Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP and Gusto.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions across multiple states.
- Strong background in employee relations, compensation planning, and compliance.
- HRIS implementation and management experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
