The ideal candidate should have previous charge experience and be familiar with Level II nursery practices. This position requires the ability to manage neonatal patients with varying needs, including those who are over 29 weeks gestation. You should be comfortable with a variety of clinical tasks, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing developmental care. Experience with charting in the Epic system is essential. This role may involve floating between units based on facility needs. Candidates should be willing to work every other weekend and be available for on-call duties. You will be expected to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
