You should be comfortable with a variety of clinical tasks, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing developmental care. Experience with charting in the Epic system is essential. This role may involve floating between units based on facility needs. Candidates should be willing to work every other weekend and be available for on-call duties. You will be expected to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. The daily census for this unit typically averages 2-3 patients. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
