Pay Information $2,409 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience required. License: Must have an active state nursing license in hand at submission. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Ability to float to regular ICU and other related units. COVID-19 vaccination required for all travelers. Flu vaccination required during flu season. Description: The role involves caring for critically ill patients in a cardiovascular intensive care unit. Shifts are scheduled for three consecutive nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. Every other weekend commitment is required. Candidates must have experience with Epic electronic health records. Weekends may include floating to a regular ICU if needed. Knowledge of protocols regarding potential COVID-19 patients is essential. The traveler must provide adequate documentation for any required exemptions. Orientation and training on Epic will be based on recent experience with the system. RTO requests should be kept to a minimum and be included in the initial submission. The need for holiday work may arise, with approval subject to management discretion.
