Finance Manager Supporting Citizens Private Wealth

Primary Responsibilities
- Managing the reporting and forecasting processes for Private Wealth, including month-end and quarter-end close, monthly financial reviews, and rolling forecasts.
- Building the financial story for monthly business and performance reviews through analyzing financial performance, including variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Developing and delivering analyses that demonstrate the value of the Private Wealth business to the overall bank.
- Partnering with the Finance team and other stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements, including management / organization of metric data, and creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist in the development of financial strategies and business cases for new initiatives and investments.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, including analytical work to diagnose performance.
- Experience in banking or wealth management is highly preferred.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to source and interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and partnering skills with a track record for working effectively with internal colleagues and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to think deeply and understand the big picture, while working through the details required to ensure accountability for results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word; skills with query logic such as SQL and PowerQuery desired.
- Bachelors Degree required.
