Shifts are from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating weekends. No call is required. The unit has a total of 32 beds and a staff of approximately 150. Patient ratios are typically 1:1 or 1:2. Equipment used includes Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and Ultrasound. The facility utilizes Meditech as the EMR system. Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Preferred candidates will have experience with internal monitor placement and previous assignments with a high-volume unit. Typical procedures performed include SVD, cerclages, C-Sections, and TOLAC. Dress code consists of navy blue scrubs, with solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts allowed.
