Local Rule : MUSC prioritizes non-local candidates first. Radius rule is 60 miles. Locals will be considered at local rate. Local candidates must first be approved by HR for this campus. Previous perm staff(this includes PRN) must be separated from the MUSC system for 1 year before returning as a traveler. South Carolina RN License: MUSC will prioritize candidates that have SC license in hand. We will still consider candidates with a pending license at the time of submission please provide proof that they have applied for the license or confirm that they can complete the SC walk-through process. Traveler will not be cleared to report to the facility until SC license is issued/active. RTO GUIDELINE FOR AUTO OFFERS: If a candidate is a clinical PASS, the account manager can auto offer a traveler that has 7 days or less of NON-HOLIDAY RTO. Any candidate that has 7 days and/or includes holidays will have to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay the process We can only submit to one MUSC unit/campus at a time.
