Your Role: In this vital role, you will assist residents with daily living activities and services tailored to their individual service plans, ensuring they enjoy a supportive and dignified lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
• Responding compassionately to patient call lights
• Ensuring residents receive appropriate diets by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
• Recording vital signs and promptly notifying nursing staff of any changes in residents’ conditions

Qualifications:

• Current CNA Certificate
• Positive, Can-Do Attitude with a willingness to exceed expectations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine love for and connection with seniors
