This is an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced attorney to build foundational experience, work alongside seasoned litigators, and become part of a high-performing legal team with a focus on creditors' rights. What You'll Do Work with senior attorneys in handling creditors' rights litigation and related matters Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and discovery documents Appear in court on matters through trial preparation in both state and federal courts Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law Review case files and assist in the development of case strategy Maintain case management systems and ensure accuracy of legal documentation Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Collaborate with legal staff to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met What You Bring Active California Bar license Interest or experience in civil litigation or creditors' rights law Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and work as part of a collaborative legal team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with legal tech systems (Cogent experience is a plus) Occasional travel for court appearances and client conferences Ability to pass a background and drug test Why Join Us 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and company holidays Mentorship and on-the-job training from experienced litigation attorneys Real opportunity for career growth within a well-established multi-state firm Work Schedule Full-time | Monday through Friday Start your legal career with a firm that values mentorship, professional growth, and your future success.
