This position is ideal for attorneys with 0-3 years of experience, including recent law school graduates who are newly licensed in California. The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career attorney to build foundational experience, work alongside seasoned litigators, and become part of a high-performing legal team with a focus on creditors' rights. What You'll Do
Support senior attorneys in handling creditors' rights litigation and related matters Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and discovery documents Appear in court on routine matters through trial preparation Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law Review case files and assist in the development of case strategy Maintain case management systems and ensure accuracy of legal documentation Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under supervision Collaborate with legal staff to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met What You Bring
Active California Bar license (or pending admission with bar passage) Interest or experience in civil litigation or creditors' rights law Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and work as part of a collaborative legal team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with legal tech systems (Cogent experience is a plus) Occasional travel for court appearances as needed Ability to pass a background and drug test Why Join Us
