This position offers a hybrid work environment and an opportunity to engage in both litigation and transactional matters related to public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of legal experience, a strong background in legal research, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Duties: Conduct thorough and detailed legal research using resources like Westlaw and LexisNexis. Draft, review, and edit legal documents including memoranda, briefs, ordinances, and regulations. Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal materials to support various legal matters. Stay up-to-date with legal developments at the municipal, state, and federal levels that impact infrastructure projects. Assist in preparing articles and marketing materials related to municipal infrastructure. Collaborate with colleagues and clients on diverse legal issues, providing clear, actionable legal advice. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Bar membership in good standing in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New York. 3-5 years of legal experience, ideally in municipal law, public infrastructure, or related fields. Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining quality. A proactive self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active Bar membership in one of the following states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New York.
