Location: White Plains, NY Duties: Conduct legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and attending hearings. Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel based on individual client needs. Attend client interviews and hearings at USCIS and Immigration Court. Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to cases. Requirements: 2+ years of experience practicing immigration law. Ability to handle a heavy caseload independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a fast-paced environment. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in a state bar association (preferred). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
