Lead and manage a high-volume caseload of lemon law claims, from initial consultation through trial or resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including motions and trials. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff. Collaborate with the firm's leadership to develop legal strategies and maintain client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with relevant legal and regulatory developments in lemon law and consumer protection. Engage in client consultations to provide strategic legal advice and foster positive relationships. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with California State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in lemon law, consumer protection, or civil litigation. Proven track record of handling complex cases and delivering favorable results. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for consumer rights and commitment to achieving justice for clients.
