BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in insurance coverage litigation in Boston, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team renowned for its expertise in complex insurance coverage cases. The successful candidate will independently manage cases and contribute to multi-faceted legal matters.
Duties
Manage a docket of complex insurance coverage cases from inception to resolution. Analyze policy language and draft detailed coverage opinions. Craft persuasive motions and pleadings. Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and litigation teams. Prepare for and attend depositions and court hearings. Engage in high-level discussions with clients to develop litigation strategies. Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda. Requirements
3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, preferably in a law firm. Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience drafting comprehensive coverage opinions and handling complex coverage disputes. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar. Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
