A repeat client is hiring an associate with at least 3 years’ experience to join its team. The partners represent developers, owners, and investors in commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions including development agreements, title and survey review, and a host of other deals across Austin and Texas. The office is in thriving downtown Austin and is flexible to allow some remote work particularly after a new attorney is fully integrated into the firm. Basic Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney: 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating various real estate documents Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school Excellent analytical, written, verbal and client-facing skills Licensed to practice law in Texas Outstanding professional references Position Details of the Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney: Type of role:

The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $240,000 or more. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. Benefits:
