BCG Attorney Search Experience 1-3 yrs required Posted on May 20, 2025 Valid Through Jun 19, 2025 Profile Job Title: Associate Attorney Job Overview: A prominent law firm in Honolulu, HI, is seeking a diligent and motivated Associate Attorney to manage a caseload of litigation and collection matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional analytical and advocacy skills, and work effectively on escalated and time-sensitive cases. Duties: Oversee breach of contract and collection litigation cases from initial demand to final judgment. Represent clients in court hearings, both in person and via teleconference. Draft and argue Motions for Summary Judgment. Ensure timely and accurate management of assigned caseload to meet client expectations. Address and resolve escalated and urgent legal matters as needed. Participate in additional legal tasks and special projects as assigned. Requirements: Admission to practice law in California. Experiencewith the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is advantageous. Education: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership and good standing in the State Bar of California. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional research abilities utilizing both legal and non-legal sources. Proficiency in legal software and standard office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Effective caseload management and prioritization. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
