A law firm seeks an early career attorney specializing in personal injury to join their team in Honolulu, HI. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, and advocate in trials, all while benefiting from comprehensive support and innovative resources.
Duties
Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients. Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes. Requirements
Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy or moot court experience preferred. Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies effectively. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Skills
Strong legal acumen and advocacy skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. Proficient in client engagement and communication.
