A highly regarded Miami-based law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our distinguished practice. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on a broad range of real estate matters, including complex commercial transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financing, and development projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing for commercial and residential clients. Draft and negotiate key transactional documents such as purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements. Advise clients on real estate development, land use, zoning, and regulatory issues. Provide counsel on due diligence processes, title review, and closing procedures. Represent clients in real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, title disputes, and construction-related matters. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments within the firm on cross-disciplinary matters. Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. 5+ years of experience practicing real estate law, preferably at a top law firm or in a similar sophisticated practice. Strong understanding of real estate law, including commercial leases, acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey review, financing, and development. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work effectively under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Strong client relationship management skills. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
