Morales Fierro Reeves, a nationally recognized insurance coverage, defense, and bad faith firm, is seeking an attorney to join our practice. This position may be remote, in-office, or hybrid depending on the candidate. This is a full-time position, but part-time work may also be available. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience. Experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance defense is a plus. Duties will include: All facets of commercial litigation; all facets of coverage litigation; Analyzing/evaluating coverage positions; Drafting coverage opinions; Counseling and advising clients; and Managing an assigned caseload The candidate should possess strong research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as within a team. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State of California Bar; additional admittance to Nevada or Arizona Bar is a plus. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), FSA, and paid time off. Annualized starting salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 (or hourly equivalent if part-time).
