About Our Team The team acts as the first point of contact with legal and compliance on consumer issues. About The Role The Paralegal Specialist will support attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and performing related tasks to ensure smooth legal operations. Responsibilities

Act as liaison among internal stakeholders and prepare detailed legal timelines. Develop and organize material to assist legal conclusions, including email acknowledgment and review, timelines. Research case-related facts using LexisNexis systems like Salesforce and MBS. Conduct legal research, investigate facts, develop legal arguments, and attend meetings with litigation teams and business partners. Organize and archive case documents. Monitor changes in consumer files and provide updates. Handle Threat to Sue and Subpoena matters. Process consumer disputes, suppressions, and corrections upon legal request. Requirements

1-3 years of Law Firm or Corporate Paralegal experience. Knowledge of legal research, terminology, and communication principles. Understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Proficiency in Windows, Chrome, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong customer service and phone etiquette. Additional Details
