What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Design and implement functional and technical SAP S/4HANA solutions focused on service management - Develop and document design specifications for Inhouse Repair and Advanced Return Management processes - Coordinate development efforts and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines - Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and support deployment teams - Oversee testing activities and ensure solutions meet functional and performance criteria

What is Required (Qualifications): - Proven experience as a solution consultant/architect in SAP transformations with a focus on Service to Customer processes - Experience managing large-scale SAP transformations - Expertise in configuring S2C processes for Inhouse Repair and Advanced Return Management within SAP ERP systems - In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA's service management functionalities and integration with third-party systems - Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent qualifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Extensive familiarity with global template processes related to S2C and adjacent domains - Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of leading discussions and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
