This opportunity, offered through a legal recruiting partner, is ideal for an attorney with 3–7 years of experience who is passionate about civil litigation and thrives in a fast-moving, client-centered legal environment. The role involves active engagement in insurance defense and coverage matters, providing legal support in personal injury, premises liability, and first-party property cases. Candidates should bring strong research, writing, and advocacy skills to support nationwide litigation, working in collaboration with experienced partners and legal professionals. Duties: Represent insurers and insureds in civil litigation matters involving personal injury, property claims, and general liability. Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses. Participate in and take the lead on depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Assist in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. Evaluate complex coverage issues for domestic and international clients. Provide strategic input on case assessments and mitigation planning. Work closely with partners on multifaceted, high-stakes litigation across jurisdictions. Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation at a law firm or through a judicial clerkship. Substantial experience with first-party property, insurance coverage, or general liability defense. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently. Strong legal writing, analysis, and research capabilities. Excellent verbal communication and client-interaction skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school. Certifications: Active license to practice law in the State of Florida. Skills: Litigation and case management. Legal research and brief drafting. Deposition and courtroom advocacy. Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Collaboration with multi-state legal teams.
