Collect and analyze asset data, prepare reports, and facilitate recommendations regarding customer asset inventory. Engage with leadership at all levels to facilitate prioritization and strategic discussions. Coordinate with System IT leadership on planning and blockers. Act as liaison between high-priority customer programs and System IT. Coordinate with System IT Finance on IT charges. Support change management during enterprise platform transformations. Apply scrum and agile principles. Manage the BDG records management program. Risk Management:
Understand and apply risk management principles. Decision Making:
Work under guidance to plan procedures. Support complex project schedules with MS Project. Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI. Support infrastructure project management (preferred). Qualifications:
Analyze data and develop recommendations for business operations. Identify and develop effective processes. Provide reporting and analysis support. Participate in cross-functional teams and projects. Suggest improvements and evaluate root causes. Lead process improvement initiatives. Design and update business processes. Stefanini is committed to hiring top talent.
