What You Can Expect In This Role Responsible for developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies within the established sales territory to promote, grow, and increase the sales of Beacon Capital Management's (BCM) advice and services. Identify and develop relationships with targeted Registered Investment Advisors to successfully market and sell BCM's advice and services.
What You'll Do In This Role
Develop sales goals, business, and marketing plans with Sales Management to grow sales, market share, and visibility for BCM.
Partner with an Internal Wholesaler to execute focused plans to meet activity and sales goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with Registered Investment Advisors to increase sales.
Deliver presentations, including continuing education, product training, and value-added sessions within the sales territory.
Manage the territory effectively by building relationships and coverage based on sales opportunities.
Provide education, sales leadership, and relationship management for top advisors.
Handle administrative tasks such as travel, expenses, scheduling, conference calls, and email management.
Act as a resource for sales and BCM training to internal and external stakeholders.
Attend conferences as required.
Maintain a positive company image through professional interactions.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
5-10 years of financial services sales experience, preferably wholesaling (required)
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Strong relationship-building skills
Proven success in developing and executing sales plans
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external resources
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to interface with senior management professionally
Strong organizational skills for territory management
Series License-65 (preferred)
Willingness to travel 50% within territory and to conferences
Other Requirements
Criminal background check required
Subject to SEC compliance, including monitoring securities transactions and outside business activities
