SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Sensitive Activity Integrator. The selected candidate will support the Department of Defense (DoD) and special operations by identifying and neutralizing enemy threat networks capable of employing a variety of improvised threats, including countering WMD technology and other improvised weapons of strategic effect. This position will be located at Combatant Command Headquarters in Tampa, FL, or Miami, FL, with potential for extended temporary duty or OCONUS deployments. What You'll Do

Plan, manage, advise, and coordinate with combatant command (CCMD), Theater SOC, and component command subordinates on leveraging specially compartmented material and capabilities to eliminate or neutralize WMD threats and their networks. Manage and coordinate sensitive technical operations supporting counterterrorism, intelligence collection, and target development activities. Provide expertise in special access programs, technical operations, and sensitive information operations to government customers at headquarters and forward-deployed areas. Develop and present sensitive operational plans to senior staff and officers. Analyze intelligence data, identify gaps, and develop solutions to complex problems. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience or 9 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree. Active TS/SCI clearance is required; willingness to undergo a CI polygraph if not already held. Experience in areas such as: Planning and operations in CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive) Military special operations or special mission units (e.g., USASOC, NSW, AFSOC, MARSOC) Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal Military or intelligence community compartmented, sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.) Special investigative units of law enforcement Human intelligence (HUMINT) operations Familiarity with military and intelligence planning processes (e.g., APEX, JOPP, MDMP, MCPP). Ability to prioritize strategic and operational tasks in dynamic environments. Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in mission analysis, COA development, CONOP development, and supporting documentation (e.g., FRAGOs). Experience with DoD Sensitive Activities and knowledge of USSOCOM processes and the Intelligence Community enterprise. Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly preferred. About SRC, Inc.

The estimated salary range for this position in Tampa, FL is $125,000 to $130,000 annually, and in Miami, FL is $130,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and organizational needs.
