top-tier law school
with a
strong academic record

Active Bar Admission in Virginia , in good standing
Candidates who intend to relocate and are willing to
gain admission
within the first year of employment
are also welcome to apply
35 years
of substantive
insurance coverage
experience, preferably
representing policyholders or insurers
Litigation experience , with familiarity in
first- and third-party insurance policies
and insurance policy
interpretation
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with demonstrated initiative and leadership ability
Professionalism: Client-service oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellence; eagerness to engage in pro bono matters
Key Responsibilities
Represent policyholders
and
insurers
in
complex insurance coverage matters , including
litigation
and
arbitration
Draft ,
analyze , and
interpret first - and
third - party
insurance policies
and related agreements
Provide
clear
and
strategic legal advice
to clients on a variety of insurance coverage issues
Handle motion practice ,
discovery , and
trial preparation
for litigated matters
Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Engage in direct client communication, offering practical and business-focused guidance

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
Annual base salary is expected to start at
$260,000-$365,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
Discretionary
bonus
opportunities are also available.
