Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences, coordinating with various team members. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required by the management team. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar role is a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field is preferred. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks effectively.
