Maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temperature controls, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of subpar food items. Preparing and serving ready-to-eat meals. Ensuring the sales floor adheres to company policies by managing claims, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrinkage and damages. Keeping a clean, sanitized, and welcoming area for members. As a team member, you will: Maintain current knowledge of product specifications and effectively collaborate with team members. Prepare food as per specifications while understanding future production needs. Follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines diligently. Use technology to enhance sales and improve the shopping experience for members. Drive area performance by managing merchandise, ensuring quality control, and guiding peers with a focus on customer needs. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to complete all required training and assessments.
