We are seeking a dynamic Chief Medical Executive (CME) to provide both strategic and operational leadership across all physician-related activities. As a vital member of our executive leadership team, you will focus on enhancing the safety, quality, and professionalism of our medical staff. This is a pivotal role that includes integrating and coordinating clinical services to ensure top-tier patient-centered outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
Lead clinical initiatives, including the development and execution of process improvements.
Oversee medical education and the ongoing evaluation of professional practices among the medical staff.

Candidates should possess an MD or DO degree, board certification, and hold a medical license in New Jersey. An MBA, MPH, or equivalent is preferred with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within acute care hospitals or health systems. You will also be responsible for supervising physicians and advanced practice providers, collaborating with the central medical staff office, and advocating for health equity and quality improvement initiatives.
