Each day, you'll be responsible for fielding
important calls
coming into our busy business. You'll need to figure out what they need and find a way to
help them in short order . You'll be
scheduling
appointments. You'll
organize
sales calls. You'll
dispatch
our technicians to the homeowner.
Ever used a computer? Excellent...because
entering data and prioritizing services
is going to be essential (don't worry, it's a really cool computer program and
we'll teach you how to use it ).

As long as you have:
High school diploma , or equivalent Basic
knowledge of computers CSR skills
...we are very interested in meeting you. If you have
prior customer service experience
and a
background in HVAC , that's a plus...but not required.
We just need you to be
on the ball , organized, play well with others, and
