Supreme Service Today has been a trusted home service company since 2005. We have customers who have been with us the whole time, and new ones we know will stick around for years to come. Each one equally important. Because of this, you can't miss a step. You're the front face of our company and the first impression for our customers. Each day, you'll be responsible for fielding

important calls

coming into our busy business. You'll need to figure out what they need and find a way to

help them in short order . You'll be

scheduling

appointments. You'll

organize

sales calls. You'll

dispatch

our technicians to the homeowner.

Ever used a computer? Excellent...because

entering data and prioritizing services

is going to be essential (don't worry, it's a really cool computer program and

we'll teach you how to use it ).

Don't be surprised if the person on the other end of the call is having a bad day. Your job... make it better .

Customer Service Representative - Bilingual is a plus

As long as you have:

High school diploma , or equivalent Basic

knowledge of computers CSR skills

...we are very interested in meeting you. If you have

prior customer service experience

and a

background in HVAC , that's a plus...but not required.

We just need you to be

on the ball , organized, play well with others, and

smile big

when our customers call.
