Customer Service Representatives

In this role, you won't be a cold caller or a hard-sales representative. You will be a problem solver, a professional, and a helpful resource. This is an

inbound-only call center , which means you will be dedicated to answering incoming calls and assisting callers with their needs. What You'll Do

If you're an early riser and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The scheduled shift starts at

5 a.m. , so we're looking for an "early bird" who is ready to hit the ground running. We handle a high volume of calls, and you will often be working on back-to-back calls. For you, this means an exciting, busy day where time flies by and every call presents a new opportunity to make a positive impact.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for: Professionally handling incoming calls with a warm and friendly demeanor. Greeting callers and providing or requesting necessary information. Transferring calls or taking detailed messages as needed. You will work with our state-of-the-art call processing system and receive comprehensive training on all the tools you'll need to succeed. Your excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service will be essential in creating positive experiences for every person you assist. Your punctuality and dependability are also crucial, as they are key to the success of our clients.

While customer service experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoy helping others. We provide all the training you will need to thrive in this role.

This is an in-office position, so you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are truly valued.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Shifts Offered:

Full Time - 40 hours per week Schedule: 5am-2pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)

Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
