With over 1.1 million square-feet of sales and services facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Brazil - PAG's 27 locations and customer-focused business model serve aviation customers through Supply Chain and Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (ISMRO) services.JOB PURPOSEThe Repair Coordinator receives in customer assets that require evaluation and FAA certification for future aircraft use.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Job Functions:Receive inbound units as stock repair, external customer repair and/or core returnEnter Repair Order data into the ERP system and create Sales OrderEvaluate unit's requested repair to determine possible current stock exchange opportunities vs external repairs (ISMRO)Communicate potential ISMRO opportunities to the appropriate salesperson and follow upTransfer Repair and/or ISMRO paperwork for the unit to the appropriate salespersonProcess the transfer of items intended for external repair or internal stocking and/or shipping or shelvingProvide routine communication to Repair Stations on status of open Repair OrdersWORKING CONDITIONSPhysical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.Work Location: PAG Office on Lake Mirror Road building in Atlanta, GA.JOB SPECIFICATIONSKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of information; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy; ability to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instruction; multi-tasking a necessity; thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures; ability to type with accuracy and speed; ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to project a positive, concerned image to the public; ability to work without supervision; ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and priorities.Education/Training: Training for role is providedExperience: At least 3 years of experience in customer service, inventory-based environment preferred.
