Marketing Specialist - $31-$35/hr - Upper Marlboro, MD

Our client, a construction company, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Marketing Specialist to provide support in their growing Upper Marlboro, MD office. If you have 3+ years of marketing experience and are proficient in graphic design, apply now! About the Job: Create and implement strategies to increase social media engagement, followers, and brand awareness. Handle logistics for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and event materials. Collaborate with internal teams and external firms to create compelling content and ensure products align with company goals. Manage the monthly internal newsletter, create a photo library, and plan company events. Track and measure the reach of marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are positively impacting business and client growth initiatives. Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed. About You: 3+ years of digital marketing and design experience are required. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required. Experience managing external vendors and agencies is required. Proficient in graphic design with strong project management skills. Familiarity with the construction field and web design are preferred. About the Position: Pays $31/hr-$35/hr while temporary. Converts to a salary of $65K-$75K when permanent. Hours are 7am-3pm.
