Sr. Cloud DevOps Network Engineer (Hybrid)
We're looking for a Senior Cloud DevOps Network Engineer to help design, automate, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud environments. This role focuses on network automation, infrastructure as code, and high availability, supporting both on-prem and public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud. Responsibilities
Hybrid Network Engineering (30%)
Design and support secure, scalable cloud and hybrid network architectures (VPCs, VNets, VPNs). Implement SD-WAN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and Zero Trust Networking. Ensure performance, security, and high availability of systems. Infrastructure & Automation (40%)
Automate infrastructure provisioning and network configuration using IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Integrate network automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Support containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and work closely with development teams on deployment standards. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps lifecycle improvements. Monitoring & Operations (20%)
Manage network/system monitoring and incident response. Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity issues. Perform RCA and maintain production uptime. Provide on-call support as needed. Documentation (10%)
Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Keep CMDBs and asset inventories up to date. Required Skills
Strong experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP), hybrid connectivity, routing, switching, and firewalls. Proficient in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and source control (GitHub). Familiar with Kubernetes, container networking, and microservices. Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), cloud asset/configuration management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 4-5+ years in network/cloud engineering and automation. Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments and migrations. Preferred Certifications
