Business Development Manager | Hansen Talent Group (HTG)
HTG is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Finance to lead the financial operations and guide long-term financial planning. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role is onsite in Winnsboro, SC.
Compensation Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage audits and relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and financial decision-making
Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional growth and high performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and risk management
Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience in local or state government is a plus
