The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Software Led Transformation and hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with logistics and manufacturing application platforms is preferred. This role requires strategic thinking and deep knowledge of the Services Industry, including Airports, EPC, Hospitals, Transportation, Logistics, and Distribution. Candidates must be comfortable presenting innovative, value-driven solutions to CXOs and senior stakeholders. The position offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in the U.S. near one of Capgeminis primary hubs. A passion for driving transformation through technology is essential. Strong communication and client engagement skills are key to success in this role. Your role Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer challenges and craft tailored technical solutions. Apply technical knowledge across hardware abstraction layers, OS kernel, device drivers, middleware, and cloud-native architectures. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to CXOs, showcasing solutions built on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Engage with CPRS clients to uncover needs, pain points, and solution opportunities. Represent Capgeminis software capabilities addressing CPRS-specific business challenges including cloud migration and integration. Design and validate solutions with customers, sales, delivery, and engineering teams ensuring feasibility and business value. Provide billable consulting services focused on discovery, advisory, and solution envisioning. Support project startups as a technical architect, designer, or mentor to ensure successful delivery. Your skills and experience Over 15 years of combined experience in presales, software architecture, and CPRS domain expertise. Extensive background in Software Led Transformation delivering measurable business outcomes. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP for architecture, migration, and optimization. Proficient in OS-level development, device drivers, middleware, networking, and SDLC tools. Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex solutions to senior stakeholders. Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver high-impact solutions. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent; cloud and industry certifications are a plus. Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies including AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing.
