ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. The Office Receptionist will manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms. Maintain and organize the front desk and reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
