We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will range from managing incoming calls to maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment. Handle customer inquiries in-person and over the phone with courtesy and efficiency. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar to ensure smooth operations. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
