As our new Parts Director, you will: Lead the operations of one of the nation’s leading Acura parts departments, fostering growth, efficiency, and exceptional performance. Collaborate with the service and collision center team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and facilitate the growth and development of employees responsible for managing parts. Honor the rich legacy of your predecessor by maintaining our high standards and injecting innovative strategies to enhance our operations. Collaborate with Chevy Chase Acura’s leadership team, contributing to the dealership’s strategic goals and long-term success. Who We’re Looking For: An experienced leader in automotive parts management, with a preference for those familiar with Acura or luxury brands. Someone with a robust business sense who is capable of managing the diverse elements of our operation, including the retail, service, collision, and wholesale divisions. A visionary committed to a long-term role, ready to steer our department toward new heights of success.
