Infosys is seeking an Associate Manager of Client Services. The Associate Manager–Client Services (AMCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The AMCS works together with their manager to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on this plan. Typically, the AMCS handles a single account or part of a large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10 million.
Location options include Richardson (TX), New York (NY), Bay Area (CA), Atlanta (GA), Pittsburgh (PA), Seattle (WA). Candidates must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
Role Description:
Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10M, oversee the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill commitments Account planning and governance: create and execute the account plan, including relationships, opportunities, and pricing decisions Manage multiple projects with different delivery managers or resources Drive revenue through go-to-market solutions and support pre-sales efforts Build future alliances with product vendors About Infosys Retail/CPG:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management Business development and project management experience Experience in relevant industry/vertical is a plus Ability to interact with CXO-level clients Proposal creation and presentation skills Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills IT and business consulting experience Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship provided) Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and drivers Global Delivery Model experience Experience managing large, multi-location teams Proven track record as an Account Manager in a growing client relationship Estimated annual compensation ranges from $100,000 to $187,000, depending on location.
