As a
Staff Product Manager for Growth , you will play a pivotal role in driving both the strategic and tactical direction of our growth initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing the scaling of our user base, opening new Growth bets, and leading the development of product innovations that contribute directly to the company’s growth objectives. You’ll be expected to not only drive product strategy but also mentor teams, guide cross-functional collaborations, and influence senior stakeholders. This is a Mountain View-based position requiring in-office work 2 days a week. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is
$218,400 - $267,000

Deliver innovative and high-impact product strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and retention across EarnIn’s product offerings Own product roadmaps and align teams on priorities to deliver high-impact, scalable product solutions. Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Define and track product goals, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth goals. Drive rapid experimentation and iterative product cycles to optimize growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align product initiatives with business and market needs Use data and insights to inform product decisions and measure success. Leverage user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify and prioritize new product opportunities What we’re looking for
7+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute large-scale product initiatives. Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience with growth metrics. Leadership experience, including mentoring other product managers and guiding teams to success. Expertise in product strategy, innovation, and scaling user growth. Exceptional communication skills to engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders. Ability to think creatively and solve complex, large-scale challenges.
