Overview
We are seeking a proven CEO/General Manager to lead a profitable and established U.S. based food manufacturing/distribution business ($10-$20 in annual revenues) through its next phase of strategic growth. The U.S. subsidiary is set to expand through a combination of operational excellence, organic development, and a focused buy-and-build strategy funded by the Group Subsidiary.
U.S. Subsidiary | The Opportunity
Full responsibility for leading a well-established, cash-generative food manufacturing/distribution business with a strong customer base
Develop and execute a strategy for growth, performance improvement, and geographic or capability expansion.
Partner on the identification, acquisition, and integration of complementary businesses, shaping a scalable U.S. subsidiary.
Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement while retaining agility and entrepreneurial focus.

Ideal Candidate Profile
This role requires a commercially sharp, operationally grounded “General Manager” (current or former CEO/COO/President/VP/EVP) with deep roots in food manufacturing/distribution.
Experience of full P&L ownership (>$20 million in annual revenue).
Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, lean methodologies, and performance improvement.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a history of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
A clear understanding of business growth through both operational performance and strategic acquisition; demonstrated results scaling a business organically and inorganically.
Track record of creating significant shareholder value.
Dedicated focus to growing and transforming operations.
High levels of integrity, resilience, and the ability to lead through both stability and change.
Compensation
Base salary up to $300,000.
Short and long-term incentives.
